Each were arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree kidnapping Discount IWC a firearm, criminal attempt at kidnapping, first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery. Garcia and Greco were arrested on warrants Wednesday and were held in lieu of Discount Jacob&Co bonds, respectively. During Mann's court arraignment Wednesday, Assistant State's Attorney Tiffany Lockshier told Judge Hudock that Mann -- who had been held in lieu of Discount Jaeger leCoultre bond -- had special needs and made an out-of-the-ordinary request that he be released only on a promise to appear at court, forgoing any bail bond. Hudock agreed and Mann was quickly freed and taken away by his mother. In his court file, Mann was said to be autistic. Several seats away from Mann in court was Mikol Johnson, Discount Montblanc, Norwalk, who was facing several assault, reckless endangerment, strangulation and unlawful restraint charges in a domestic violence case invoving his 18-year-old former girlfriend. Johnson, who is also a suspect in the Citgo robbery, was picked up on the unrelated domestic charges Tuesday night. Although Lockshier asked that Johnson be held in lieu of $120,000 bond, Hudock remarked the case had been discussed in chambers and ruled that he held in lieu of bond -more than doubling the amount the the state's attorneys office was asking.
