The Aggies (22-3, 10-2 Big 12) salted the game away at the free-throw line to pull within a game of Cheap Tiffany Keys with four games left in the regular season. "It was a lesson learned, a lesson played," A&M head coach Gary Blair said. "We were not at our best and won. Had we been on the road, we probably lose tonight." That's what happened to Baylor, which was coming off a 67-58 victory over Cheap Tiffany Key Rings on Monday. The Lady Bears were held to a season-low point total in a 56-45 loss at Lubbock. "I said if Tech wins, it was because of us," Adams said. "We made Baylor kinda tired and kinda scared them a little." Cheap Tiffany Sets also thought the Aggies had a Big Monday hangover, but Blair disagreed. "We had the letdown at the shoot-around today," Blair said. "We were not focused, we did not do a good job, we were turning the ball over right and left in the shoot-around. Cheap Tiffany Watches was not having leadership. Shoot-around should be fun because we've already had three good days of practice." A&M had a slow start to the game. Colson picked up a couple of fouls early as A&M's offense struggled. Finally, junior wing Tyra White, coming off a career-high 29 points in Waco, hit her first three shots and teamed up with Carter for 15 points as A&M came to life for a 25-9 lead. But the Aggies' offense bogged down against OSU's zone, turning the ball over 11 times in the first half.
