He has been traveling to the Discount Bell&Ross for 16 years and has been having to make the drive even more lately due to a back injury last fall. "In all 16 years I've been at the VA they just treat you like you belong there," he said. The clinic, located next to Discount Blancpain, will be set up for a tele-health program in the clinic mainly for neurologist and dermatologist specialists to examine patients via a computer. "We're trying hard to get more and better services up there," said Kelli Johnston, acting public affairs officer. "Our goal is to have better communication between doctors in one spot and patients in another." The clinic will house Discount Breguet and treatment rooms and will provide primary care, mental-health care, women's services, a pharmacy as well as an eye care facility. The clinic will open with a physician and a nurse practitioner, a social worker, a psychologist and two patient-services assistants. There will also be a van that will provide transportation to Discount Breitling for specialty care. Business hours will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Wilkins Enterprises, which developed both the Raley's shopping center and Old Mill Village shopping center, were the developers and builders for the project.With 64 years of combined work experience for Sierra Telephone, Human Resources Manager Sandy Brinley and Regulatory Analyst Carol McFarland put in their last day of work Feb. 18 and are now enjoying retirement.
