Tiffany Elsa Peretti Star of David pendant map experiments

To identify the changes in the surface chemistry Tiffany Elsa Peretti the wood responsible for the change in color, coupons were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) microscopy at FPInnovations - Paprican Division using a Nicolet 6700 FTIR in conjunction with a Thermo Nicolet Continuum XL FT-IR Imaging Microscope and MCT-A single-element detector. Tiffany Elsa Peretti Star of David pendant microscope software was employed to collect the line map experiments. Reflectance spectra were obtained with 64 scans, 4 cm^sup -1^ resolution and an aperture of 100 by 100 um. Four treatment groups were analyzed that represented the most extreme bleaching and light exposure combinations: no treatment, 20 minutes bleaching (no light exposure), Tiffany Elsa Peretti Starfish bracelet  light exposure (no bleaching), and 20 minutes bleaching plus 20 minutes light exposure. Two spectra were obtained from each of the three coupons sapwood and three heartwood coupons per treatment group. Spectra were averaged and the baseline corrected by subtracting the average absorbance.Tiffany Cushion was no visible fiber damage after any of the 16 bleaching or light exposure treatments. Wood color, however, was significantly altered by all of the treatments. Figures 1 through 6 show the change in L*, a*, and b* after treatment in heartwood and sapwood. Wood lightness (L*) was affected by both bleaching time and light exposure time (Figs. 1 and 2). Light exposure alone had little effect on L*.
