was listed in Virginia Beach. She continued with the business. "Scott" offered
her his credit card number, but she said she began to ask him a number of other

to add $1,150 to the already $800-plus bill and wire the rest of the money via
Western Union. Fauls said she was certain something was wrong. She told the
operator she felt like she was being scammed. "The operator told me she could
not get involved," Fauls said. "She said she could only relay what the caller
was telling her to do."
